3. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order once payment is received by bank transfer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where stock is unavailable or an error has occurred.

4. Payment

  • We accept bank transfer only. We do not accept card payments or pay-on-delivery.
  • For bank-transfer orders, please use your order number as the payment reference. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery policy. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which reflects the hygiene and safety nature of intimate products.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and the Cassaayo name and branding — is our property and may not be used without permission.
